Forehead lift (Brow Lift)
Smoothing the muscles and tissues above the eyes, this procedure targets drooping brows and the deep horizontal lines that can make a person appear sullen or tired. The traditional brow lift procedure involves an incision that is hidden behind the hairline. Dr. Hove can also perform a minimally invasive version of the forehead/brow lift. Using a small camera (called an endoscope) to perform the surgery, he can achieve similar results but through a much smaller incision.
Nose reshaping (Rhinoplasty)
If you are self-conscious about the size or shape of your nose, then rhinoplasty (nose reshaping surgery) might be the procedure for you. During this surgery, an incision is made across the delicate column of tissue between the nostrils. The skin is lifted, and the cartilage underneath is sculpted into the desired shape. We can fix imperfections caused by a birth defect, injury, or the aging process – shaping and refining what is perhaps the most defining characteristic of your face.
Ear Surgery
Ear surgery, or otoplasty, is usually done to set prominent ears back closer to the head, reshape deformed ears or to reduce the size of large ears. Otoplasty is one of the few cosmetic procedures appropriate for children and can be performed on children as young as four years old, when the ears are almost fully developed. Otoplasty can greatly enhance a person’s appearance and self-esteem and make some of the most significant differences in how people live the rest of their lives.
Facial Implants
Facial implants are a terrific option for patients who want a stronger jawline or anyone who would like to bring their cheekbones and chin into proportion with the rest of their face. Inserted through small, easily camouflaged incisions, implants dramatically enhance facial contours. Often, face lift patients will have implants placed in conjunction with their surgery to help restore a more youthful and filled-in appearance. Neck Lift
The neck lift is a procedure designed to give better definition to the neck line, lessen wrinkling, and diminish unsightly ‘banding’ in the neck caused from the neck muscles separating and hanging. Neck rejuvenation surgery can provide dramatic results, especially when combined with other rejuvenating procedures.
