Dr. Hove is a board certified physician and proud member of the Monarch MedSpa Team. With extensive knowledge and experience, he provides our clients with a wide variety of cosmetic procedures. Dr. Hove is a fully licensed, board-certified facial plastic surgeon with a professional background that places him at the top of his field. After receiving his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Cornell University, he attained his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and went on to complete his residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York. Dr. Hove then went through subspecialty fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, California.
A member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Hove has written numerous medical articles, published medical illustrations, given scientific presentations, and served as a frequent guest lecturer at Stanford University Hospital's division of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Drawn to plastic surgery and its emphasis on technical proficiency and artistry, Dr. Hove is the first board-certified facial plastic & reconstructive surgeon in the Temecula Valley. Dr. Hove has performed hundreds of mini face lifts. He specializes in facial cosmetic surgery as well as difficult reconstructive procedures for facial trauma or cancer removal. As Dr. Hove is also board certified in head and neck surgery, he has extensive expertise in nasal obstruction and sinus problems, sleep disorders, and difficult airway anatomy. He is excited and passionate about the work he does, a fact that is exemplified in his service to the Vascular Birthmark Foundation, which provides care for children with vascular birthmarks, and the Face to Face program, a group that gives pro-bono cosmetic work to victims of domestic violence.

Dr. Elisabeth Leimer, MD is a board certified physician and proud member of the Monarch MedSpa Team. With extensive knowledge and experience, she provides our clients with a wide variety of cosmetic procedures. Elisabeth Leimer is a General surgeon with 25 years experience in the field of surgery, cosmetic dermatology & emergency medicine. She completed her General Surgery Residency training at New York Medical College, New York, N.Y. Dr. Leimer is a consummate student of cosmetic medicine and is continually updating her skills and knowledge of this rapidly expanding industry by attending various workshops and seminars in areas such as Advance Filler techniques and minimally invasive liposuction techniques. Dr. Leimer has studied SmartLipo and Vaser techniques under 2 different renowned experts in the US and has successfully performs 40-50 Vaser/SmartLipo cases each month, more than any other physician in the Delaware Valley.
 Dr. A. Miller Alonso is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a proud member of the Monarch MedSpa Team. With extensive knowledge and experience, he provides our clients with a wide variety of cosmetic procedures. Dr. Alonso is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is Board Certified in Cosmetic as well as Reconstructive and Hand surgery. He is the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland for over 16 years and presently is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Alonso was the President of the Medical Staff at St. Agnes Hospital as well. He is actively involved in training surgical residents, medical students and organizes surgical missions to under developed countries performing surgeries for the underprivileged and needy.
Dr. Alonso received a Governor's Citation in 1992 for his outstanding service to the community. He completed his plastic surgery training at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York and completed his five years general surgery training at St. Agnes Hospital. Dr. Alonso is an active member of the John Staige Davis Society of plastic surgeons and also a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Alonso has been practicing cosmetic surgery for the past 25 years.
 Dr. Marc S. Scheiner, MD is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a proud member of the Monarch MedSpa Team as Medical Director for Monarch Med Spa’s Greenville, DE location. With extensive knowledge and experience, he provides our clients with a wide variety of cosmetic procedures having successfully performed hundreds of liposuction, breast augmentation, tummy-tuck, face-lift and eye-lid rejuvenation cases in his career. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of Delaware, he attained his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston Texas. He completed a general surgery residency program at the Nasau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York and then went through fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the oldest and largest plastic surgical training program in the United States-The Long Island Plastic Surgery Program.
Dr. Scheiner is a frequent speaker at national medical meetings and has published numerous scientific articles. He routinely attends continuing medical education seminars to keep current in the rapidly growing cosmetic surgery field. He is eager to educate and offer his clients the latest in aesthetic procedures.
 Dr. Kendra M. Merine, MD is a board certified physician and proud member of the Monarch MedSpa Team. With extensive knowledge and experience, she provides our clients with a wide variety of cosmetic procedures. Dr. Merine received an undergraduate degree from Harvard University in biochemistry. She graduated from the Washington University School of Medicine (St. Louis) in 1993. She completed a general surgery residency at Duke University Medical Center in 2002 and a vascular surgery fellowship at Georgetown in 2004. Dr. Merine has extensive basic science research experience and her research findings have merited awards from the American College of Surgeons, the Department of Defense and Merck. She is a member of the Sabiston Surgical Society, the American Medical Association and the National Medical Association. She has received training and certification in basic and advanced liposuction techniques from the Centers for Health Promotion. Dr. Merine will be performing VASER liposelection in Timonium and Rockville.
 Dr. Richard V. Eidelson, DDS, FAGD is a board certified physician and proud member of the Monarch MedSpa Team. With extensive knowledge and experience, he provides our clients with a wide variety of cosmetic procedures. Dr. Eidelson graduated Temple University School of Dentistry in 1976. He has maintained a private practice for over twenty years. He currently provides cosmetic, general, and implant dentistry along with all other dental services.
Dr. Eidelson was an assistant clinical professor in oral medicine from 1996-1998 at Temple University School of Dentistry. He was Vice President of Temple University School of Dentistry’s Alumni Board. In 1999, Dr. Eidelson graduated the certificate program in Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Minnesota. He has participated in the Harvard School of Dental Medicine’s Professional Development Program.
Dr. Eidelson graduated from UCLA’s postgraduate certificate program on implant dentistry in 2004. He is also a graduate of the Nash Institute program for veneer dentistry. Dr. Eidelson has achieved Fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry of which less than 5% of dentists have achieved.
Dr. Eidelson’s goal is to help return you to excellent oral health with as little inconvenience as possible. Dr. Eidelson offers laser dentistry in a high technological office. Dr. Eidelson is certified in laser and cerec computerized dentistry.
